SonderMind is seeking licensed clinicians to join an expanding network with the flexibility to manage your own practice. Telehealth or in-person sessions are supported. The role includes streamlined credentialing with major insurers, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, referrals and practice support, and AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burdens. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher and be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently.
