Licensed Mental Health Therapist responsible for diagnosing and treating psychological disorders, providing individual therapy, creating individualized treatment plans, and guiding clients through crises. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, delivering evidence-based group and individual therapy, maintaining detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans, performing regular wellness checks, and ensuring adherence to facility and licensing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Holds clinical license (LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferred
