Mental Health Therapist - Monongahela

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure billing and documentation are completed, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff) to deliver sustainable, quality mental health care. Responsibilities emphasize developing treatment plans, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to ongoing professional development and supervision. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health including supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation and administrative tasks
