Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist to join Northeast Health Services in Milford MA, with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy for individuals and families. Provide tailored therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely documentation and insurance authorization, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and admin staff to deliver holistic behavioral health care. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
