Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments, develop and review Master Treatment Plans, and lead group sessions for individuals, couples, and groups addressing mental health, trauma, substance abuse, and anxiety. Provide linkage, consultation, and referrals to service providers while advocating for diverse populations and participating in Treatment Team Meetings. Maintain case records, submit session notes within 48 hours, and complete six hours of annual continuing education. Represent the company at two community events per year and assist families in defining goals. Requires a Master's degree in public health, psychology, or social work with one year of clinical experience and licensure or active supervision pursuit. Full-time role with occasional evening/weekend work and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, psychology, social work or related field
- Minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with mental health disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Ability to hold and/or obtain licensure
- Completed or actively pursuing supervision in order to meet supervision requirements for licensure
- Occasional evening and weekend work
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected
