Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conducted through culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families. Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists) to deliver holistic mental health care. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and providing high-quality care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health including supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
