Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist at New Directions Mental Health within Transformations Care Network (TCN). Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy (individual and family) to diverse clients, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
