Job Summary
Conduct psychotherapy for clients with a broad range of mental health concerns, ages, and cultural backgrounds within a warm, friendly, and inviting environment. Establish practice concentration to support specific clinical interests such as PTSD, OCD, or ADHD. Provide medication management, therapy, and testing services as part of a multi-disciplinary outpatient practice. This full-time, salaried role includes paid vacation, holidays, malpractice insurance, and medical, dental, and health benefits, with a 401k match available after one year. CEU allowance and an established bonus program are included. Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists with a Virginia license are required, or candidates must be able to obtain licensure within 30-60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Master Level Therapist
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- License in Virginia
- Experience providing psychotherapy for a broad range of mental health concerns
- Experience providing psychotherapy for a broad range of ages
- Experience providing psychotherapy for a broad range of cultural backgrounds
