Mental Health Therapist - Martinsburg

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients, including conducting culturally sensitive assessments, developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, and delivering tailored interventions to promote healing and resilience. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to coordinate care, participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ensure timely completion of billing and documentation, while supporting client progress and licensure goals. Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and continuing education, and contribute to the organization’s mission to improve access to mental health care. Compensation is based on base range per billable unit with comprehensive benefits and onboarding support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
