Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist role providing diagnostic assessments, scheduled patient visits, up-to-date treatment plans, and progress notes, with collaboration across case management and psychiatric services. Requires LSW/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC licenses (or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling, plus relevant therapy experience. Full-time position with hybrid capability and travel within the assigned service area. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S
Desired Qualifications
- LSW/LISW/LISW-S/LPC/LPCC/LPCC-S license or equivalent
- Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
