Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and provide patient visits as scheduled for children, adolescents, adults, and those with developmental disabilities. Ensure treatment plans remain current for each client and complete succinct progress notes. Communicate with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned service area. Full-time M-F 9am-5pm schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience
- Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
