Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and provide scheduled patient visits for children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities or trauma. Maintain up-to-date treatment plans and complete succinct progress notes while communicating client status updates. Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health counselors to ensure coordinated care. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant licensure (LSW, LPC, LMFT) and one year of therapy experience. Full-time M-F 9am-5pm schedule with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Mental Health Therapist (LSW or LPC required)
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience
- Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
