Mental Health Therapist to join LifeStance Health’s outpatient team. Role supports a hybrid schedule including telehealth from a home office and in-person services across multiple Massachusetts locations. Provides outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, with supervision/consultation opportunities and ample administrative support to focus on clinical care. Competitive annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000 (W2), full benefits, malpractice coverage, sign-on bonus, and ongoing professional development through weekly case consultations and APA-approved continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- State-licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Eligibility to provide outpatient therapy
- Ability to work in hybrid telehealth and in-office settings
- W2 employee status or equivalent
- Licensure in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
- Credentialing and EMR/system proficiency
