Mental Health Therapist Licensed

Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams involved in treatment. Leads individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning for patients in the intensive outpatient program and other high-utilization groups. Supervises clinicians pursuing licensing requirements and conducts clinical chart reviews to ensure compliance with WACs and RCWs. Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, and an active Washington State license (Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker). Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days, complete annual TB testing, background check, annual clinical competency, and annual influenza vaccination. This position emphasizes an equitable, client-centered, culturally-aware approach and collaboration with psychiatric services, chemical dependency treatment providers, and other care teams. The role involves administrative duties, documentation, policy development, and coordination of care across multiple systems while maintaining caseload productivity (minimum 920 clinical encounters per year and at least 4 treatment encounters per day).
