Mental Health Therapist (Licensed)

Conduct patient-centered therapy interventions using group, individual, and family approaches to assist patients in meeting identified goals. Collaboratively develop treatment plans with input from patients, families, and the treatment team while utilizing the electronic medical record to document screenings, assessments, and progress. Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns, actively participate in case presentations, and assist in developing clinical procedures. Monitor patient progress toward goals, coordinate care communications, and facilitate discharge referrals and community resource advocacy. Requires a Master's degree; Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
