Mental Health Therapist - LGPC, LCPC

Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for clients recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions while managing caseloads and overseeing clinical care throughout treatment. Assess client progress, modify interventions, and provide crisis intervention, prevention, and de-escalation as needed. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with the Clinical Director, treatment team, and family members to ensure coordinated care and develop aftercare recommendations. Work in a 93-bed residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services, supporting long-term recovery for clients across Avenues' nationwide network.
