Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy within outpatient and off-site programs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, assessments, and crisis interventions within license scope; deliver therapy sessions in-person at clinic/school/community with some virtual duties; maintain timely documentation; participate in treatment planning and collaboration with other teams. Requires active Maryland licensure (LGPC/LGMFT/LGPAT/LMSW) and full-time availability with an expected weekly session load of ~25–27. Benefits include health/disability/PTO/401k and CEUs; compensation ranges from $80,000–$100,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unrestricted License as an LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT, LGDAC, LMSW (Maryland Professional Counseling and/or Social Work Board)
