Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychotherapy services for adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions via in-person and telehealth appointments. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on clinical presentation and patient goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support continuity of treatment. Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT to support patient mental health outcomes. Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and training initiatives to advance clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida LCSW or LMHC license
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
- Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services
- Experience working with adult behavioral health populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical treatment practices
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience in psychiatry, interventional psychiatry, or clinical research environments
