Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychotherapy for adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT. Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress while maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patient outcomes. Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and training initiatives. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care via in-person or telehealth appointments. Contribute to quality improvements and workflow enhancements. Requires active Florida LCSW or LMHC license, master's degree, and experience with EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida LCSW or LMHC license
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
- Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services
- Experience working with adult behavioral health populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical treatment practices
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
