Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Support clients in developing coping skills and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care. Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Deliver services via telehealth and onsite locations including partner adult day care centers throughout New Jersey. Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LSW
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: MSW
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LPC
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LAC
- Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey
