Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, while employing a holistic approach that integrates physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care, and monitor client progress by adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and educate clients on coping strategies and wellness practices. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities. Choose your own hours for day shift work in this Dallas-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
