Job Summary
Provide outpatient mental health therapy in a hybrid/telehealth model across multiple MA locations (including Lexington and surrounding cities). Role supports licensure supervision (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/MHC), case consultations, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/MHC) in Massachusetts
- Master's degree in social work or related field (MSW, MS/MA in related field) and eligibility for licensure in MA
- Ability to provide outpatient therapy in a hybrid/telehealth model
- Ability to work in a clinic/office setting and via telehealth
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults is preferred
- Willingness to participate in supervision and continuing education
- W-2 employed with benefits and sign-on bonus may be offered
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- EMR proficiency and APA-approved continuing education support
