Mental Health Therapist needed at LifeStance Health in Framingham, MA with opportunities across multiple MA locations. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available; hybrid work including telehealth from a home office. The role focuses on outpatient behavioral health care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include providing individual and/or group therapy, participating in case conferences, obtaining supervision (LCSW/LICSW or LMHC supervision available), utilizing EMR for documentation, and contributing to a supportive clinical environment. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually based on productivity, with a full benefits package, sign-on bonus, and 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage. Ideal candidates hold licensure as LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and are eligible for clinical licensure. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current licenses (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain
- Eligible for clinical licensure in MA
- Ability to provide telehealth/remote care and in-person as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule with telehealth from home office
- Willingness to complete required supervision and continuing education
- Ability to participate in supervision and monthly case consultations
- Comfort with EMR systems and credentialing processes
