Job Summary
Telehealth-based mental health therapy for OCD through the NOCD platform. Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy (ERP, CBT, ACT) to members via video platform; manage caseload; complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR; participate in clinical consultation and ongoing training; collaborate with network providers to support treatment decisions. Requires PSYPACT authorization, a Masters degree, and a full state license in good standing. Full-time role with remote work from home or office; includes world-class training, mentorship, and professional development; 10+ hours weekly after-hours availability for member sessions; cross-license onboarding during onboarding. Provides structured professional development, scheduling support, and a pathway to treat children/adolescents after specific training. Locationally remote within the United States; work arrangement emphasizes remote delivery of care and centralized scheduling.
