Job Summary
Provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning at Vancouver - 65th St Behavioral Health Clinic. Coordinate referrals with medication providers, primary care physicians, and community agencies. Maintain active licensure (WA MHP/LICSW/LPC) and meet WACs/RCWs requirements; supervision of other clinicians as assigned; ability to work some later hours and occasional off-site client meetings. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required. Requires a Master’s degree and an active WA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and ongoing TB testing. Multilevel therapist roles (II/III) indicate varying years of clinical experience and responsibilities; responsibilities across diagnostic assessments, referrals, and program development; adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics
- Active Washington State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor License, Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License OR equivalent
- Four or more years of clinical experience (for MHT, MHT II/III levels specify)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and maintained throughout employment
- TB test annually and at time of hire
