Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist (LSW or LPC required) with hybrid schedule available in a role offering both Part Time and Full Time hours. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments, providing patient visits as scheduled, updating treatment plans, completing progress notes, and coordinating with case management and psychiatric services. Must hold a Social Work or Professional Counseling license as listed (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LIMFT/LIMFT-S) and be willing to travel within the assigned service area. The position supports flexible scheduling, supervision hours, and a benefits package for full-time employees. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
