Job Summary
Hybrid Mental Health Therapist role offering diagnostic assessments, patient visits, and up-to-date treatment plans. Requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field with therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling and an active license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent). Provides both part-time and full-time schedules, with 9am-5pm standard hours for full-time, and travel within the assigned service area. The position supports collaboration with case management and psychiatric services, supervision hours, comprehensive training, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling in Millersburg, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S
- Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred
- Experience within a home setting is preferred
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
