Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy; conducts culturally sensitive assessments; develops crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participates in case consultations and discharge planning; collaborates with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to provide holistic mental health care; ensures timely billing and documentation, and maintains ethical practice and client confidentiality; supports ongoing professional development and supervision opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
