Job Summary
Join SonderMind’s clinician network as a licensed Mental Health Therapist. Set your own hours and conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person. The platform handles credentialing with major insurers, guarantees pay bi-weekly for completed sessions (including no-shows), and provides referrals and practice support. You’ll leverage AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and client engagement (AI Notes, session takeaways, session prep, goal setting, treatment planning, reflections) while focusing on delivering client care. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, with the network facilitating connections and ensuring insurance payments. Requires a Master’s degree or higher and active licensure in your state (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, or LP). Pay range is $80-$99 per hour, with rates varying by license type, location, and session type.
