Job Summary
Join SonderMind as a licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver therapy via telehealth or in-person within the SonderMind network. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours, credentialing is handled for insurance participation, and you will receive referrals and practice support. The platform provides AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and client engagement, including auto-generated notes, session takeaways, goal setting, treatment plans, and reflections. Compensation is hourly ($90-$114) with bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will be responsible for maintaining your own practice location for in-person sessions (not provided). Requirements include a Master’s degree or higher and full state licensure to practice independently.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
