Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist joining SonderMind’s network with guaranteed pay for completed sessions, option to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions, and streamlined credentialing. You’ll maintain your own practice, manage clients, receive referrals, and leverage AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burden.Responsibilities include delivering therapy to clients, maintaining licensure, credentialing across major insurers, and utilizing the platform to securely generate notes, goals, and treatment plans while earning bi-weekly guaranteed pay. You are responsible for securing your own in-person space; no office space is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
