Job Summary
Licensed mental health clinicians join SonderMind's network to provide therapy via telehealth or in-person, backed by guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, streamlined credentialing with major insurers, and AI-powered tools to reduce admin tasks. Clinicians manage their own practice with flexible hours, client referrals, and dedicated account support to grow their practice across specialties. Note: therapists need to hold a Master’s degree or higher and be fully licensed by the State Board to practice independently; pay ranges from $70-$88 per hour depending on license type, location, and session types.
Required Qualifications
