Job Summary
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children; perform intake assessments; create individualized treatment plans; use evidence-based treatment methods (EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, etc.); use our assessment system to inform client care; maintain detailed and accurate documentation; perform regular wellness checks and caseload management; adhere to all practice and licensing standards; schedule 25-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule; work at a beautiful Humble, TX office across from Chick-fil-A; equitable access to therapy services within local school districts and community offices; generous percentage split, ongoing training, and benefits after 2 months.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
