Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. Design personalized treatment plans, work independently within a collaborative care team, and manage documentation using an EMR. Remote, flexible scheduling with teletherapy platforms; licensure in Delaware required; 1099 with W2 option; fee-for-service opportunities for part-time or full-time workloads. Training, supervision, and ongoing professional development provided; benefits available for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- Comfort with technology and teletherapy is a plus
