Job Summary
Lead Licensed Mental Health Therapy with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient services. Conduct assessments for diverse clients, provide individual and family therapy, develop crisis/safety/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely documentation and billing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and other therapists. Requires master’s or doctoral degree and an active license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with Pennsylvania licensure eligibility by hire. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by time of hire
