Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist with a master’s or doctoral degree and active Pennsylvania license sought to join New Directions Mental Health in a flexible remote role. Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy (individual and family), develop crisis and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, tailoring therapy to client needs, ensuring timely documentation and insurance authorizations, and contributing to ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical environment. Compensation is base range $45–$53 per billable unit, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, and domestic partner coverage; location shown as Charleston, WV with remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by time of hire
- Ability to provide outpatient individual and family therapy; collaborate with multidisciplinary team; maintain billing and documentation standards; uphold ethical practice and confidentiality
