Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to provide outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored interventions. Responsibilities include crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness planning; case consultations and discharge planning; comprehensive billing and documentation; collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists); and maintaining high standards of professional practice and confidentiality. Requires a master’s or doctoral degree and an active PA license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility by hire. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
