Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and safety plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include culturally sensitive assessments, case consultations, discharge planning, and timely billing/documentation. Requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and an active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility by hire; opportunity for ongoing professional development. Competitive benefits and a base compensation range of $45–$53 per billable unit are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by time of hire
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health including continuing education
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
