Job Summary
Therapist role providing outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary behavioral health team. Responsibilities include conducting culturally sensitive assessments, delivering tailored outpatient therapy, developing crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely billing and documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff. Qualifications require a master's or doctoral degree in a related field and an active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in PA or eligibility for licensure. Required Qualifications
