Mental Health Therapist

Mental Health Therapist for an ACT Team who delivers therapy and clinical support in the community, meeting clients where they live, work, and spend time. Responsibilities include providing individual psychotherapy in community-based settings, conducting biopsychosocial and risk assessments, treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions (CBTp, DBT, ACT, MI). Facilitate groups, participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings, respond to crises, collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, peer specialists, and case managers, support individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in rotating weekday evening on-call coverage. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care, working with adults with serious mental illness, and opportunities for clinical supervision toward independent licensure.
