Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for diverse clients; develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care; ensure timely billing/documentation and insurance authorization; engage in case consultations, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical environment. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- If required, provisional license per state regulation
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
