Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely billing and documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure pathway with state regulation; base compensation outlined as a billable-unit range with additional market-based adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to professional licensing
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently
- Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
