Job Summary
Deliver brief, structured interventions using evidence-based psychosocial treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing while partnering with primary care providers to ensure whole-patient care. Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and collaborate within a team of behavioral and physical health clinicians. Provide clinical supervision support and participate in an integrated care training program designed to advance licensure and professional development. Maintain an 8-5 schedule with no after-hours charting required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
- Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues
- Desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure 'Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing'
- Understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians (social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists) must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly
- Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability
- Location: Split Between Two Clinics: Mon & Fri Fort Collins, CO 80525 Tues to Thurs Fort Collins, CO 80526
- Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy)
