Job Summary
Provide brief, structured intervention techniques such as Behavioral Activation and Motivational Interviewing, alongside evidence-based psychosocial treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care while leveraging real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes. Work collaboratively within a team of behavioral and physical health clinicians to ensure comprehensive, upfront, and ongoing treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
- Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues
- Understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly
- Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability

- 8-5 schedule
