Job Summary
Conduct brief, structured interventions using evidence-based psychosocial treatments like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing for patients ages 5 and older in a Family Practice setting. Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care while leveraging real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of behavioral and physical health clinicians to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain an 8-5 schedule with no after-hours charting, utilizing built-in clinical supervision to support licensure growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
