Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse client demographic. The Therapist will deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatment for mental/behavioral health and substance abuse disorders, offering education, resources, and referrals as necessary. Responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships, responding to mental health emergencies, coordinating with community resources, and documenting client interactions. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of human behavior, and proficiency in various software applications.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed LSW or LCDC III, LPC, MFT
- Master’s Degree from a relevant accredited program
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant accredited program in social work
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance
