Job Summary
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy grounded in trauma-informed care, systemic family therapy, and relational approaches for adolescents and young adults aged 9-21. Maintain a focused caseload of 6–8 clients while partnering with medical providers, nurses, and direct-care teams to implement comprehensive treatment plans. Complete timely clinical documentation and incorporate experiential modalities, including adventure therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and the Golden Retriever canine therapy program. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm in an on-site residential treatment environment in Lake Ozark, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Licensed: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Fully Licensed: LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Fully Licensed: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided): PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided): PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided): LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
- Ability to establish a CAQH profile
- Ability to obtain an NPI (National Provider Identifier)

Desired Qualifications
- Passion for working with teens and young adults
- Experience with residential treatment, trauma work, experiential therapy, or systemic/relational modalities preferred
