Job Summary
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices for clients ages 12–28, maintaining a typical caseload of 4–6 patients. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans while providing parent coaching and ensuring consistent family communication. Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking, ensuring timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care while contributing to a positive, team-based clinical culture. This role supports our growing Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in Chevy Chase, focusing on making a meaningful impact for adolescents and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional)
- Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed)
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting
- Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments
