Job Summary
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation. Candidates must have a master's degree in behavioral sciences, clinical licensure, and experience with diagnostic assessments. Responsibilities include providing customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions, and coordinating services with other professionals. Maintaining 20-25 billable hours per week is essential for benefits eligibility. The role offers a unique pay model with both base pay and commission.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Clinical licensure registration with DORA
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents same day/next day.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
