Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services while conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions consistent with training and best practices, including trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and safety planning for complex needs. Support patients through advocacy, resource connection, and care coordination to achieve treatment goals. Maintain fidelity to evidence-based models, complete accurate clinical documentation, and participate in case presentations, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives. Fluency in English and Spanish is required alongside a Master's degree and current California LCSW or LMFT licensure. This role supports a mission-driven FQHC serving 40,000+ patients annually across Los Angeles County.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Current licensure as an LCSW or LMFT; through the appropriate California licensing board
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical therapy experience, including supervised associate experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience providing psychotherapy services to children and families in a clinical setting
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations
- Experience supporting individuals with high behavioral health needs, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral support
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team that includes behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and support staff
- Full Time Hybrid position with 3 days in-office & 2 days remote per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing evidence-based practices, including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP)
- Triple P Positive Parenting Program
- Experience working with adult populations
